I'm Still Alive! But, I've been purposely avoiding all blogs and facebook. Seriously! Only getting on for the minor things .... but alas I can't avoid you forever dear blog. I have pictures to post. Videos to upload and oh yeah...the private thing.

sorry to say this folks because I HATE private blogs but I'm going private for a while.

Okay, I'll keep this real quick and sweet. As we all know New Moon is in TEN days!

TEN DAYS! DO NOT EVEN GET ME STARTED on how excited I'm getting.
So, did I mention I'm throwing a premiere party the day of the midnight release?
Whelp, I am. Any who, I had this friend get married over the summer. Her invites were SO pretty and I asked her at her Bridal Shower this summer who designed them?
She said she found this printing place in our local downtown area that designed them for her really cheap and told me to check it out. SO to make a long story short,
I went down there and had my invites to my New Moon party designed by there graphics designer. They turned out to be unreal VAMPTASTIC. I fell off my chair when she emailed me the rough draft.

So here's the deal, I have 6 extras left and I would like to share. I will mail them ANYWHERE you live if you would like to have one as a keepsake. Why? Because I want to share with all my bloggy friends who are gearing up just like me.

The invites are like a "invite pictures/quotes" keepsake.

Birthday Beginnings

Twenty Four hopefully will be a good year. After all, it's an EVEN number and we all know how I like my even numbers LOL So, how did your day go? What did you do? Is it truly over? The wait is no longer people, I shall answer them all! First, I HIGHLY and I do mean HIGHLY recommend being woke up with a box of delicious donuts and pastries from your favorite bakery. It's absolutely delightful. I love that word by the way, delightful! My day started at 8 o'clock am with my aunts waking me up with a box from the Blackbird Bakery full with all my favorite doughnuts and such. Do you know what that was? HEAVEN I tell ya or was it a sin? SINFULLY delicious anyway! Dear family, I think your on to something wonderful! Keep it up! Love me.

My day was so sweet. All day long my cell phone went off the hook with message alerts from facebook birthday wishes. I LOVED it! My best friend Jen texted me with a surprise announcement that she was coming up! So off we went to Red Lobster for lunch with my aunt and her adorable baby Jackson. After stuffing our selves with the endless shrimp fest and coconut shrimp & shrimp scampi, we said goodbye. Me and my aunt went shopping after that.

But, I think the sweetest part of the whole day was when I saw my grandfather and he gave me my card. He told me that, for the first time, he went card shopping. Without my grandmother who passed away in May. I just thought how bittersweet & cute, picturing my sweet grandaddy card shopping for the first time for a card that said "To a Darling Granddaughter" with sweet little kittens on the front! AWESOME.

But, wait...it's not over yet folks....Sunday is my party! My aunt and uncle who run a great restaurant downtown is letting me have it there with friends and family. And of course...a giant cookie cake {already paid for BTW} Sunday though is the only day my Dad will be able to come down. I'm so excited! Lot's of pictures for sure to come!

They Say it's your Birthday....24 Style

Today is the historic day of little ol' me. That's right, at 3:21 am I made my fabulous entrance to this beautiful life. I weighed 5 pounds and 4 oz. and had a TON of hair. But, enough with the small talk. I am the stunning 24 today and with that I shall give you 24 oh so wonderful facts that you didn't really need to know but I'm telling you anyway.

3. When naming my children, they will be VERY different stylish names

4. I hate Dark chocolate

5. My toenails must always be painted

6. Women who do not take the time to take care of themselves in style, make up and wardrobe, drive me nuts! I don't care how high or low your budget is, you should always take care of your self

7. I love old Hollywood musicals and movies and if you can't tell me who Carey Grant or Elizabeth Taylor or Rock Hudson is....I will pray for you.

8. Music is an everyday life line

9. I could eat shrimp at any meal and with anything

10. My favorite poem is Henry the 5th St. Crispin Speech by Shakespeare and I read it almost weekly.

11. I must always sleep on my stomach

12. I hate sarcasm

13. I wish I had a personal trainer

14. I am SO proud that I have a chest

15. PLEASE do not try to talk to me if I'm watching a TV show

16. I was a cheerleader for 6 years

17. I love to make invitations and such for any activity

18. MAC makeup is the only thing I'll use

19. I have a very cheery disposition and will avoid confrontation at all cost

As for my Birthday, I will be having lunch and shopping with my Aunt. I'll also be going to get my toes painted. YAY! Sunday will be my party.It will be at my Aunt and Uncles Restaurant with friends and family. Pictures for sure will come but you'll have to wait a little. My theme....cheetah Print.
