i hope your christmas eve and christmas day was as merry & bright as mine (and in good health!!!). santa came and my nephew and family were all spoiled beyond measure. christmas eve before santa came was my mom's side of the family, annual christmas eve party and my girl cousins & I have our annual gift swap with the rule $5 dollars or under. i totally broke that rule-haha! oh well, i just love giving gifts. christmas morning was met with my grandfathers tradition of breakfast first (french toast, ham biscuits), then go open presents and see what santa brought. after that it was a whirl wind of cooking (i don't like that part....i would have rather gone back to my bed lol) and then lunch with my mom's side of the family and then me on the road by 4:30 to drive an hour away to be with my dad and his side of the family. i had a very near miss of almost running out of gas on the interstate (someone me forgot to fill up her car) but thank goodness after much much prayer, I manged to make my exit an to a gas station. at the end of the day, i was completely e x h a u s t e d ! ! ! ! ! !
by 10pm i was in bed with all my clothes and makeup still on. i was just that "done"!
